  • #1 - How quickly do orders ship?

    All orders will ship via requested carrier from our San Francisco location, unless otherwise specified. In most cases your items will ship within 48 Hours. Generally orders will arrive within 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a shipping conformation with tracking numbers via email. Please look up your carrier for tracking and time in transit.

    If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you directly to let you know the estimated date of delivery.

    *We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. If we do so, you will be refunded.

    #2 – How do I return something?

    Imgur accepts returns of defective or ill-fitting merchandise provided the merchandise has not been used, worn, or washed. We will gladly replace the merchandise or refund the customer’s credit card so long as the original packing slip or order confirmation print-out is included with the returned merchandise. In the case that the original packing slip or order confirmation print-out is not included with the returned merchandise, we will, at our discretion, either replace the merchandise or refund the purchasing credit card.

    Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Customized, personalized, and made-to-order merchandise are non-refundable.

    Imgur does not reimburse for postage to return merchandise. All returns and exchanges should be sent to 969 Folsom Street, San Francisco, CA 94107.
